This group is for moms in or near Frederick, MD who want to carve out time for themselves and/or form quality friendships for themselves and their children. As a first-time mom in my late thirties (and getting later), I'd like to connect like-minded women interested in taking care of themselves, growing as people, and raising healthy, happy kids.
